Designed and developed European wide (99 Plants) Lean Six Sigma (LSS) deployment strategy and rollout plan, trained upwards of 100 operational staff in deploying LSS projects to Black Belt Level and trained and coached C Level Leaders in alignment of LSS to the companies operating model. Delivered first year cost neutrality in first 3 projects (3 Months).
